A Note from Cheri...

Have you noticed a lot of singer's websites won't tell you much about themselves besides their voice or accomplishments? While it is important to have a great voice and the experience to back it up, most of the time people don't hire voices, they hire the person attached to that voice!

I personally think it's important for you to get to know me. Things like:

I value integrity, honest, and respect - so you can trust me at my word and know that I'll show up to your event, church, etc when I say I will.... There are some flaky musicians out there, but I'm not one of them.

I LOVE to sing. That's obvious, but more important to me is that YOU love the experience you have when you hear my singing. I enjoy singing for weddings, church services, and special events because I know how great music can make these experiences so memorable.

One of the things that makes me different is my spiritual approach to music. It's an honor for me to sing and I want to share that gift with the world. I do my best to become a clear channel for Spirit to sing through me, and hopefully touch your heart.

I believe in using everything for upliftment and growth. So I've learned a lot by involving myself in the study, art, and business of music-- Things like overcoming stage fright, marketing skills, professionalism, self-discipline, motivation, and many more. That's why I've created a whole other business helping musicians who are frustrated with their career to develop these skills. More to come about that soon!

I am a trained classical musician and graduated with my Bachelor’s of Music degree from USC’s prestigious Thornton School of Music.

I also have a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.

I perform opera, musical theater, jazz, and many other styles.

I sing inspirational music for churches all over the Southern California area.
